A short early Christian manual in two parts: moral instruction framed as the "Two Ways" of life and death, followed by directions on baptism, fasting, prayer, the Eucharist, and how communities should receive travelling apostles and prophets. Long known only by name, it was rediscovered in a Constantinople manuscript in 1873 and published ten years later.
